Program. The Academy employs specialized autism teachers in intentionally small classes to provide individualized instruction, therapeutic support, and a foundation for independence.

Empowered Adult Services is Arizona's leading day program for adults with developmental disabilities, providing an emphasized focus on continued growth toward independence. The program is structured around daily skill-building activities like life skills, vocational training, and gardening, alongside specialized sensory-motor and cognitive training. Members cultivate social skills and enjoy various community-based activities and outings, including museums, sporting events, and volunteer opportunities. Empowered Adult Services helps adults explore their interests and thrive in the community around them.

Hotworx (Gilbert & Germann)

Leveraging FMG's centralized marketing strategies and financial oversight to accelerate membership growth and streamline multi-location facility management.

HOTWORX at Gilbert & Germann is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers members access to a variety of virtually instructed sauna workouts. Members experience the unique benefits of infrared energy and heat through 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training sessions or 30-minute isometric workouts, including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre, and more. Beyond the saunas, the studio is equipped with a Functional Exercise Area featuring free weights and bands. HOTWORX helps individuals achieve fitness goals by providing massive calorie burn, detoxification, pain relief, and stress reduction.
